Product Description
The main components of the product are polyalkene polymer powder and mixed alcohol ether suspension. Easy to store and use.
Drag reducer is used in long-distance pipeline, only suitable for crude oil pipeline. The polymer produced by special process is suitable for the pipeline which can obtain higher effect of increasing / reducing drag by injecting more drag reducer, and the preservation environment is closer to the appropriate environment. This product is characterized by high flash point, over 150 ℃, The product is applicable to the oil temperature in the oil pipeline exceeding 30 ℃ No special smell, good environmental protection. The usual filling concentration is ≥ 15ppm. By adding a small amount of friction reducing agent (ppm level) into the pipeline, the physical effect will be eliminated, the turbulence of high-speed fluid will be eliminated, the friction of the extended range will be reduced, and finally the purpose of increasing the pipeline transportation capacity and reducing the pipeline operation pressure will be achieved. The performance of the drag reducer is greatly affected by the pipeline working condition. The delivery rate of the drag reducer in the factory inspection only represents the data of the drag reducer on the factory's experimental pipeline. The actual value shall be subject to the local test data.
Application Method
The product itself can be used in most long-distance pipelines. Users need to provide specific parameters of oil pipelines to manufacturers for simple calculation.
The drag reducing agent is injected into the pipeline quantitatively through the plunger pump, and the injection point is required to be at the rear end of the oil transfer pump and as close to the outbound end as possible; for the case of multiple pipelines, the injection point shall be at the rear end of the confluence point of the pipeline. In this way, drag reducer can play its role well.

Packing
The drag reducer is packed in IBC container barrel, 1000L/barrel, which conforms to the transport specifications.
Storage and Handling
The storage condition of the product shall be as cool and dark as possible. The best storage condition: the temperature shall be 0 ℃ to 60 ℃, and the storage environment shall be dark. The limiting storage temperature is from -5℃ to 70 ℃. The closer the limiting storage temperature is, or the higher the limiting storage temperature is, the physical form of the drag reducer may be damaged and the use of the drag reducer may be difficult.
