Product Description
The main ingredients of this product are EVA, specially screened surfactants, and mixed alcohol ether suspension. Easy to store and use.
The application process of emulsion type pour point depressant needs to add it to the oil pipeline at the front end of the heating furnace. The farther the distance is, the better the effect is.After emulsion type pour point depressant is mixed with oil products, there needs to be a dissolution process, due to its particle size is very small,the dissolution rate will be very fast. After dissolution, heat treatment is required, and the heat treatment temperature is usually above 15℃ at the wax precipitation point.During the transportation of heat-treated crude oil through long-distance pipelines, there will be good pour point and viscosity reduction effects.
Application Method
The product itself can be applied to the vast majority of long-distance pipelines, only suitable for crude oil pipelines. Users need to provide crude oil samples to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer needs to first screen for pour point depressants in the laboratory, select suitable pour point depressant products, and then supply corresponding products in large quantities.
The emulsion type pour point depressant is injected into the pipeline quantitatively through the plunger pump, and the injection point is required to be at the front end of the heating furnace and as far away from the heating furnace as possible; After the dissolution of the pour point depressant, its effectiveness will also decrease due to pipeline shear.
Packing
The emulsion type pour point depressant is packed in IBC container barrel, 1000L/barrel, which conforms to the transport specifications.
Storage and Handling
The storage condition of the product shall be as cool as possible and avoid light. The best storage condition: the temperature shall be -30℃ to 30℃, and the storage environment shall be dark. The limiting storage temperature is from -40℃ to 50℃,The closer the limiting storage temperature is, or beyond the limit storage temperature is, the physical form of the emulsion type pour point depressant may be damaged and the use of it may be difficult.
