The main component of the product is poly α Olefin polymer powder and mixed alcohol ether suspension. Easy to store and use.

Drag reducing agents are used in long-distance pipelines using environmentally friendly materials, which are suitable for long-distance transportation of light crude oil and more suitable for finished oil (around 300km, with significant terrain fluctuations and the presence of intermediate valve chambers on the pipeline). The product features moderate effectiveness, strong shear resistance, and good increase in transportation effect. It can naturally shear off in a pipeline of about 300Km without affecting the finished oil. The product uses polymers produced in extremely special ways, which are suitable for pipelines with small injection volumes and significant increase in transportation effects. The storage environment is closer to extreme environments. The usual filling concentration is less than 10ppm. By adding a small amount of drag reducing agent (ppm level) to the pipeline, the physical effect is eliminated to eliminate the turbulence of high-speed fluid, reduce the frictional resistance of the pipeline, and ultimately achieve the goal of increasing pipeline transportation capacity and reducing pipeline operating pressure. The performance of drag reducing agents is greatly affected by pipeline conditions, and the increase rate of drag reducing agents during factory inspection only represents the data of the drag reducing agent on the manufacturer's experimental pipeline. The actual value should be based on local test data.

Application Method

The product can be applied to the vast majority of long-distance pipeline lines, and users need to provide specific parameters of the oil pipeline to the manufacturer for simple calculation. The drag reducing agent is quantitatively injected into the pipeline through a plunger pump, and the injection point is required to be selected at the rear end of the oil pump and as close as possible to the outlet end. For the case of multiple pipelines, the injection point should be selected at the back end of the pipeline convergence point. This can enable the drag reducing agent to perform well.

Package & Storage

The drag reducer is packed in IBC container barrel, 1000L/barrel, which conforms to the transport specifications.Storage conditions of products require as much shade as possible, the best storage conditions: temperature in - 30℃ to 30℃, storage environment to avoid light. Limit storage temperature is -35 ℃~60℃. The closer the limit storage temperature is, or the higher the limit storage temperature is, the more likely it is to destroy the physical form of drag reducer and cause difficulties in using it.
