Product Description

DOC-632L is a polymer oil well cement fluid loss agent. It is copolymerized with AMPS as the main monomer and combined with other salt resistant monomers. It plays an important role in salt resistance, temperature resistance, adsorption of free water, and water loss reduction.

DOC-632L has good versatility and can be used in various cement slurry systems, with good compatibility with other additives.

DOC-632L has a high low shear rate viscosity, which can effectively enhance the suspension stability of the cement slurry system, while maintaining the fluidity of the slurry, preventing settlement, and possessing good anti gas channeling performance.

DOC-632L is suitable for a wide range of temperatures, with a high temperature resistance of up to 230. The cement slurry system has good fluidity and stability, with less free liquid and no retarding effect. Its early strength development at low temperatures is rapid.

Cement slurry composition: 100% G-grade cement (high sulfur resistance)+44.0% fresh water+3% DOC-632L+0.5% Defoamer.

 

Application Scope

Temperature: below 230℃ (BHCT).

Recommended dosage: below 6.0% (BWOC).


Packaging

200L/ barrel package, or according to customer requirements. 

Shelf life is 12 months.
