Summary
Conventional oil well cement cannot hydrate within 24 hours below 5 ℃. The conventional early-strength enhancer is difficult to achieve the desired early strength at this temperature and most contain chloride ion which has a strong corrosion to casing. DOC-DA93L is a chlorine-free inorganic mixture, which has no corrosive effect on the casing and can play a significant early strength role in the temperature range of 3 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. It is suitable for cementing of deepwater surface casing.
Usage range
Dry mixing or wet mixing, recommend wet mixing with pulp. Pulp water is sea water, or it can be fresh water.
Temperature is 3℃~120℃.
Recommended Dosage:0.5~3.0% (BWOC).
Recommended use with DOC-DA92S.
Recommended use with DOC-DA92S, DOC-DG72S and DOC-GS12L in anti shallow stream cementing.
