Summary

Conventional oil well cement cannot hydrate within 24 hours below 5 ℃.  The conventional early-strength enhancer is difficult to achieve the desired early strength at this temperature and most contain chloride ion which has a strong corrosion to casing. DOC-DA92S is a chlorine-free inorganic mixture, which has no corrosive effect on the casing and has a significant early-strength enhancing effect in the temperature range of  3 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ . It is suitable for cementing of deepwater surface casing.

Usage range

Dry mixing or wet mixing, recommend wet mixing with pulp. Pulp water is sea water, or it can be fresh water.

Temperature is 3℃~120℃.

Recommended dosage:0.5~3.0% (BWOC).

Recommended to use with DOC-DA93L.

Recommended to use with DOC-DA93L, DOC-DG72S and DOC-GS12L in anti shallow stream cementing.
