1. Summary

DOC-G712H-L is a kind of fluid loss reducing agent containing sulfonic acid group. It has the characteristics of good temperature resistance, good salt resistance, rapid strength development, low free water and is suitable for different cement and water quality. It has good versatility and can be used in many cement slurry systems. It is suitable for fresh water slurry, sodium chloride brine and sea water slurry.

2. Functions and Characteristics

The water loss of cement slurry can be reduced significantly, and can be controlled within 50 ml in general, and can be controlled within 30ml by increasing the amount of cement slurry.

Salt resistance is good and NaCl can be saturated.

The thickening time is slightly prolonged with the increase of temperature from 70 to 90, which has no adverse effect on the strength development of cement stone.

The dosage is not sensitive, there is no mutation point, and it is safe to use.

3. Application

Room temperature to 180℃ (BHCT); recommended dosage: 4.0-6.0% (W/C=0.44).

It is suitable for various cementing slurry systems with high temperature, low density and high density, which are composed of various levels of oil well cement and admixtures(such as silica fume, floating beads, fly ash, slag, earth handling, barite powder and iron ore powder) defined by GB10238 or APISpec10A. It can be used in combination with moderate temperature retarder DOC-H21L, high temperature retarder DOC-H31L, early strength agent DOC-A90S, dispersant DOC-F41L, and can be used alone too.
